Subscription Rights in Angler Gaming PLC to be delivered on Monday, 28 April 2014

Due to technical issues the delivery of subscription rights in Angler Gaming PLC was delayed. The Subscription Rights (ISIN SE0005881679) will be sent to shareholders on 28 April 2014. The issue statements will be sent out on 29 April 2014. Trades that have been made in the Subscription Rights during the time period 17 April – 22 April on AktieTorget will be settled on 28 April 2014. Trades made on 23 April and forward will be settled according to normal procedures.
