Angler Gaming’s Rights Issue subscribed to 197 percent

Angler Gaming PLC’s (“Angler Gaming” or the “Company”) rights issue of MSEK 10.6 has been carried out.
The rights issue was subscribed to 197 percent, out of which 96 percent was subscribed to with subscription rights

Angler Gaming has carried out a rights issue, with preferential rights for existing shareholders (the “Offer”), during the period between 17 April and 19 May 2014. The Offer was subscribed to approximately 197 percent, of which 96 percent was subscribed to with preferential rights and 101 without preferential rights. A total of 14,071,652 shares will be issued under the Offer. Allocation has been made in accordance with the principles described in the Memorandum. Angler Gaming will be provided approximately MSEK 10.6 before issue costs. Due to the large interest from investors with subscription rights, no allocation has been made to investors who have only notified their interest in subscribing to the Offer without subscription rights, in accordance with the principles described in the Memorandum. The number of shares in Angler Gaming will increase by 14,071,652 shares. The share capital will increase by EUR 140,716.52. After the Offer the total number of shares will amount to 56,286,609. After the Offer Angler Gaming’s share capital amounts to EUR 562,866.09. Trading in the second series of BTA (BTA 2, ISIN: SE0005881703) will commence on AktieTorget on 23 May 2014. Warrants are estimated to be delivered to those who have received shares in the Offer in the end of June.
