Angler Gaming PLC strenghtens its board of directors

Angler Gaming PLC has strengthened is Board of Directors by appointing two new additional directors to the Board: Ralf Feldt and James Scicluna, an independent director.

Ralf Feldt has over 17 years of experience working for iGaming companies throughout Europe and America. He worked in operational, customer service, sales and business development roles in the industry, including for listed companies. Ralf is fluent in 4 languages, holds both a Marketing and PPRR higher degree and has extensive experience in personnel management, affiliate marketing and online & offline sales.

Dr. James Scicluna, an independent director, is a lawyer by profession with extensive knowledge in compliance and regulatory matters relevant to the gaming industry. He has worked in private practice both in the UK and in Malta, as well as, formerly, as in-house legal counsel for a prominent iGaming company.

The members of the Board, including the newly appointed directors, serve until the next Annual General Meeting and intend to stand for re-election.
