A status regarding the Swedish Gaming License

Angler Gaming plc’s fully owned subsidiary Premiergaming Ltd has not yet obtained a Swedish gaming licence and it will, therefore, temporarily pause its Swedish gaming offering until the licence is obtained. The licence is expected to be granted in early January 2019. PremierGaming Ltd is not yet contributing to any profits of the Angler Gaming plc’ group.
