Angler Gaming plc: Thomas Kalita is appointed to the board of directors of Angler Gaming PLC

The Board of Directors of Angler Gaming plc is pleased to announce that Thomas Kalita, CEO of Angler Gaming plc, has been appointed to the board of directors of the Company with immediate effect.
The Board of Directors is of the view that having the Company’s CEO formally taking an active part in the Company’s strategic decisions and sharing in responsibility for such decisions will reinforce the Company’s agility and strategy implementation process, while strengthening corporate governance. Such approach is the prevailing practice in Malta.
Thomas fulfils a casual vacancy that has arisen due to the demise of David Gray.
‘I am excited to take on this additional responsibility and to continue serving the Company’s interests in this challenging and important dual role’, Thomas Kalita commented.
The members of the Board, including the newly appointed director, serve until the next Annual General Meeting and intend to stand for re-election.
