Angler Gaming PLC extends the time schedule for the rights issue, the subscription period and trading in subscription rights

Due to technical issues the settlement of trades made in subscription rights on AktieTorget will be extended. More information will follow. Directly registered shareholders will for the same technical issues receive pre-printed issue statements later than earlier expected. More information will follow. Because of the extensions stated above the Board of Directors of Angler has decided to extend the subscription period and the period for trading in subscription rights. Subscription for new shares in Sweden will take place during the period from and including 17 April 2014 up to and including 13 May 2014. Trading in subscription rights will take place during the period from and including 17 April 2014 up to and including 8 May 2014. The subscription period in Malta will end on 19 May 2014.
